These are so much better than the 'Moes white version' and the battery lasts longer too. I did have to place a 1p coin on top of the plunger as it didn't properly cut off the water supply. But, this is my 2nd purchase as these work perfectly. Instead of using 2 x 1.5v batteries, I have purchased USB to 3v battery adapter. so much better. Works with the Smart Life App. These are the best TRV's I have ever purchased and keep the tempature accurate!!

It was stated it was Zigbee, but it is not compatible with regular Zigbee (Philips Hue for example), only with non standard Tuya.

Works so much better than the Moes white versions and the batteries (2 x 1.5v) lasts much longer. I have decided to 'kill off' using batteries and instead use "300cm LR6 AA Battery USB Power Supply Adapter Cable" from 'Lacey MMTT Store'. This works perfectly with this model, I just had to make a small hole at the bottom of the battery compartment for the cable. I only had 1 issue and that was the 2 plastic plungers that came with the item – both were too long and the self-contained unit plunger was too short - but I put a UK 1p coin at the bottom of the unit and this worked perfectly! For one radiator I had to use 2 x 1p coins. These TRV's can be so much better, if you could program in the number of times per day, when the unit will wirelessly contact the Zigbee Gateway. It does NOT have to be in constant contact with the Gateway.
