It does the job. But the 12v motor is not a dc motor. It's a 12v synchronous ac motor with a small controller. I replaced my motor with a true dc gear motor to have full control over the flap position.

The motor does not fit the damper. I bought the 100 mm damper, but the seller sent me the motor that fits the 80 mm damper. No resolution yet.
